Lindsey Butler brings five years of commercial real estate experience to Infinite Investments, complemented by a background in public health and management. She leads acquisitions and contracts, overseeing the deal process from identifying and evaluating opportunities through negotiations and closing.

Lindsey is passionate about building strong investor relationships and creating opportunities for more women to confidently participate in real estate investing. She believes multifamily investing is about more than acquiring properties, it is an opportunity to build lasting wealth, create meaningful partnerships, and open doors for future generations.

Kaya Liden | Co-Founder

Kaya Liden brings three years of commercial real estate experience and a passion for the industry that began at just 15 years old. At Infinite Investments, Kaya leads underwriting and investor return projections, analyzing opportunities through a disciplined, data-driven approach and helping shape the investment strategy behind each acquisition.

Kaya is passionate about using multifamily real estate as a vehicle to build long-term wealth and create greater freedom. Her vision is to grow alongside a community of like-minded investors who value smart investing, meaningful relationships, and the ability to create a life on their own terms.

Kendyl brings a unique background in aesthetics, marketing, and brand development to Infinite Investments, with experience managing and growing the presence of businesses through thoughtful communication and relationship building. At Infinite Investments, Kendyl leads investor relations and capital raising, focused on creating strong partnerships and ensuring investors feel informed, connected, and confident throughout the investment process.

Kendyl was drawn to real estate by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact beyond the investment itself. Her passion lies in helping people feel confident about where their money is going and excited about what it can make possible. She brings an approachable, relationship-driven perspective to investing, making the experience feel personal, transparent, and empowering from the very first conversation.
